Mid Wales Shepherds Huts, hosted by Natalia near Newbridge-on-Wye, uses the details you provide—your name, email, optional phone number and message, chosen wagon, dates and guest count—to review and respond to your booking enquiry. Storage and access
Enquiries are saved in the website’s hosted database and accessible through a password-protected host desk. Website hosting infrastructure processes this information to operate the service. Enquiry details are not included in the public availability calendar or exported calendar feeds. Ask Natalia to correct or remove an enquiry; information may need to be retained where a confirmed booking or other obligation requires it.
Host notifications
If the host enables Telegram alerts, the website sends the booking reference, chosen wagon, stay dates, guest count and quoted value to the host’s selected Telegram group or channel. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, guest messages and private host notes are excluded from these alerts. Telegram processes messages under its own privacy practices. Private follow-up notes and preparation checklists are stored in the protected host desk.
Cookies and external links
Your language preference is saved in an essential cookie for up to one year, so the website can keep your chosen language when you follow links or return. Public website copy is translated using Transglot and bundled with the website. Guest enquiry details and private host information are not sent to Transglot.
Essential features work without optional analytics. Your privacy choice is stored on your device for up to six months. If you allow analytics, this website records page views, reading progress, property and tour interactions, booking steps, enquiry submissions and contact-link clicks. A random session identifier in tab storage groups visits for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. The analytics records exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, booking dates, payment details and full URL query strings. Campaign labels and a general traffic source may be recorded. Event records are removed after 90 days when analytics processing or the host dashboard next runs. A hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive requests; raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics event table. If Natalia configures Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, those scripts load only after you opt in; advertising consent remains disabled. Google may process technical network information under its own privacy terms. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Privacy choices” on any guest page. Withdrawing consent stops event collection and may reload the page to remove already loaded Google tags. The host desk and recognized automated crawlers are excluded from website analytics. The host desk uses an essential session cookie to keep the host signed in for up to eight hours. The hosting platform may use essential authentication cookies when sign-in is required. Links to Airbnb, Google Maps, WhatsApp and your email or phone application open external services with their own privacy practices.

Embedded Google Maps load when you approach a map on the page. This connects your browser to Google, which may process technical information and use cookies under its own privacy practices. You can also open directions in your preferred maps app.
Instagram posts
The featured video clips are hosted on this website and play without connecting to Instagram. The footer also links to our Instagram profile. Instagram posts load here only when you choose “Show Instagram posts”. Loading them connects your browser to Instagram, which may process technical information and use cookies under its own privacy practices. Choose “Hide Instagram posts” to remove the embedded feed; this does not clear cookies Instagram has already set. You can visit the profile directly without loading the feed on this website.
A request is not a reservation
Sending a booking request does not reserve or guarantee your chosen dates. Natalia confirms availability and the final price personally. Payment instructions, cancellation conditions and any other applicable booking terms must be agreed before you confirm or pay. No card details or payment are collected on this website.
Rates and availability
Both wagons start at a base rate of £100 per night with a two-night minimum; the host may change rates, fees, minimum stays and date-specific pricing. The booking form calculates a date-specific total. Availability reflects host-managed dates and any connected calendar imports. External calendars are not instant, so final confirmation remains necessary.
Your stay
Each wagon is made for two guests. Babies in arms are welcome with your own travel cot; additional children cannot be accommodated. Check-in is from 4pm, with earlier arrival by prior arrangement if possible, and departure before 10am. No pets and no smoking. Outdoor baths are seasonal and their water supply is turned off when frost is expected. Firepit use may be restricted during exceptionally high fire risk. The farm has outdoor paths, steps and a natural river; contact Natalia about accessibility and any specific requirements before booking. Full arrival details are shared after confirmation.
